We were very happy with our service. Frank was prompt, knowledgeable, and very practical about the value of repairing vs. replacing. He fixed our refrigerator and washing machine. With the refrigerator he explained that we could simply disable a function that was causing the problem (cheap/easy) or replace some parts. I appreciated that he didn’t just jump to the costlier alternative. All-in-all, we had a great experience!
