Great service. Great staff. Highly recommend.

Our refrigerator stopped working and I called All American Appliance. I asked if I could speak to a tech before I invested in a service call. Within a couple hours Bert gave me a call and spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. After speaking with him, I had the confidence that maybe I can save this 17 year old GE Profile fridge (that we really like) instead of going to Aitoro's and spending $2500 on a new one. All in, I had three visits from Bert at All American Appliance. He came out quickly and repaired the fridge. He was also accommodating and let me clean some moldy parts of the fridge while he worked. I was so impressed that I decided to invest in repairing the solenoid in the ice maker and the plastic lever that dispenses water and ice. The prices were fair and the service and communication with the front office and Bert was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using All American Appliance for over 35 years. They are always easy to reach, make an appointment and we are very comfortable with the results. In particular, Burt has been our Go To Guy. We haven’t had an appliance that he couldn’t fix.

I have been using All American Appliance for 20 years and I have always been very happy with the service. Bert has been our main repair person and he is always timely and gives honest feedback and I trust him completely. So glad I know I can call them when I have an issue!

We have used All American Appliance for years and would not go anywhere else. Their techs are incredibly knowledgeable and show up on time every time; they can fix any appliance under the sun; their prices are very good; and they are quick to schedule a repair. Can't say enough good things about them.

Once again used All American Appliance this time for my oven. First time the igniter didn’t work in 15 years. They came within a few days, ordered the part and came back to install all within the week. Burt is nice to work and very skilled. He does a great job every time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been dealing with these people for 24 years and they have kept almost all of the original appliances going all this time. The only ones they couldn’t fix were so old there were no longer parts. My thanks to Jerry, Frank and everyone who works there for great service for over 2 decades.

Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I had an amazing experience with the folks from All American Appliance. I have a weird issues with my stacked washer/dryer unit, where washer stops midcycle. The first visit the technician tried a bunch of things, we settled on one fix and he left me a 30 day labor warranty. Since then, he's been out here twice...once by himself, once with two others. During that visit they spent 30 minutes on the phone with GE trying to get to the root of the problem, and all covered under this labor warranty. Definition of above and beyond. I really appreciated the effort. We think we nailed down the problem now, but I know I can reach out again if the issue persists.
