So the process of my dryer being broken was a nightmare. However, if I had to go through it again, I'd still choose this place. Tom was very friendly, and ladies, if you're tired of repairmen coming and only referring to your husband, or talking down to you, you should give them a try. Tom explained everything to me both thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He also fully admitted when he wanted to call someone else to consult, which just saves time. When something didn't work to fix it, he came back without charging until it was fixed. Also, every receptionist I spoke to was well-versed in the business; I was never waiting for someone to go check if they do/have something, which I've run into too much at other places. My dryer: 0/10 for being haunted. Tom: 10/10 for un-haunting it!
